Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 tea bags (black tea or green tea, depending on preference)
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 1-2 teaspoons cannabis-infused honey or sugar (adjust for desired potency)
- 1-2 teaspoons regular honey or sugar (optional, for sweetness)
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)


Instructions
- Prepare the tea: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, then remove it from heat. Add the tea bags and fresh mint leaves to the water, cover, and steep for 5-7 minutes (or longer for a stronger flavor).
- Sweeten: Remove the tea bags and mint leaves, then stir in the cannabis-infused honey or sugar. Add regular honey or sugar if you’d like a sweeter tea. Mix well until fully dissolved.
