This rich and creamy cannabis-infused cheesecake is a decadent dessert that combines velvety flavors with the soothing properties of cannabis. Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cannabis-infused butter (melted)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cannabis-infused cream or milk

Optional Toppings:

Fresh berries, chocolate drizzle, or fruit coulis

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Make the Crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted cannabis-infused butter. Stir until well mixed, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and mix until combined. Mix in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, sour cream, and cannabis-infused cream or milk. Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Fill the Crust: Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set, and the center has a slight jiggle. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for another hour to prevent cracking.
Cool and Chill: Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Serve: Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Slice and serve with your choice of toppings. Enjoy responsibly!
