Making Cannabis-Infused Heavy Cream

To infuse the heavy cream with cannabis, you'll need decarboxylated cannabis and patience. Follow these steps:

  1. Decarboxylation: Preheat your oven to 240°F (115°C). Spread 3.5 grams of finely ground cannabis on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes to activate the THC or CBD.
  2. Infusing the Cream: Combine 1 cup of heavy cream and the decarbed cannabis in a double boiler or a heat-safe bowl over a pot of simmering water. Heat on low for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not allow it to boil.
