Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas (mashed)

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Making Cannabis-Infused Butter (Cannabutter)

  1. Decarboxylation: Preheat your oven to 240°F (115°C). Spread 3.5 grams of finely ground cannabis on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes to activate the THC or CBD.
  2. Infusion: Melt 1 cup of butter in a saucepan on low heat and add the decarbed cannabis. Simmer gently for about 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
  3. Strain: Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth and discard the plant material. Store the cannabutter in the fridge until solid.

Note on Dosing: Adjust the amount of cannabis used based on your tolerance. Aim for about 5-10 mg of THC per serving if you’re unsure. Start low and go slow!


Instructions

Step 1. Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
