Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- 1/2 cup cooked protein (chicken, beef, or beans, optional)
- 1/2 cup sautéed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, or spinach, optional)
- 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused olive oil (more as needed)
- Salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for serving

Instructions:
- Prepare Fillings: If you’re using cooked protein and/or sautéed vegetables, prepare them in advance for easy assembly.
- Heat the Pan: In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of cannabis-infused olive oil. Allow it to heat for a moment.
- Assemble the Quesadilla: Place one tortilla in the skillet. Evenly spread half of the shredded cheese over the tortilla. Top with your choice of protein and/or vegetables, and then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Finish with the second tortilla.
- Cook the Quesadilla: Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden and the cheese begins to melt. Gently flip the quesadilla using a large spatula, adding another tablespoon of cannabis-infused olive oil to the skillet if desired. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the second side is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
- Slice and Serve: Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute. Slice into wedges using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
- Enjoy: Serve warm with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping.
