Meatballs

These CBD-Infused Meatballs are tender and juicy, bursting with rich, savory flavors from herbs and spices, all elevated by a subtle infusion of CBD oil. Perfect as an appetizer, served over pasta, or enjoyed on their own, these meatballs bring a calming twist to a classic favorite, creating a balanced dish for both body and mind.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef or ground meat of choice
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-2 droppers (about 1-2 mL) of your preferred CBD oil
- Olive oil, for frying


Instructions:
- Mix the Meatball Ingredients
Combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands or a spoon to blend everything until well combined. - Infuse with CBD Oil
Add the CBD oil to the mixture, distributing it evenly throughout the meat. Once incorporated, shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. - Cook the Meatballs
