These CBD-Infused Meatballs are tender and juicy, bursting with rich, savory flavors from herbs and spices, all elevated by a subtle infusion of CBD oil. Perfect as an appetizer, served over pasta, or enjoyed on their own, these meatballs bring a calming twist to a classic favorite, creating a balanced dish for both body and mind.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef or ground meat of choice
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1-2 droppers (about 1-2 mL) of your preferred CBD oil
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Meatball Ingredients
    Combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands or a spoon to blend everything until well combined.
  2. Infuse with CBD Oil
    Add the CBD oil to the mixture, distributing it evenly throughout the meat. Once incorporated, shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  3. Cook the Meatballs
    Heat a thin layer of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs in batches, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes per batch).
  4. Serve and Enjoy
    Transfer the cooked meatballs to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve immediately on their own, with marinara sauce, or over a bed of pasta.

These CBD-Infused Meatballs taste best fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for longer-term storage.
