  • Ingredients:4 cups strawberries, hulled1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup water1/4 cup fresh basil leaves2 tablespoons lemon juice1 tablespoon cannabis-infused simple syrup (see below)For Cannabis-Infused Simple Syrup:1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup water1-2 teaspoons cannabis tincture, or cannabis-infused oil
  • Instructions:Make Cannabis-Infused Simple Syrup: Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in your cannabis tincture or oil. Let cool completely.Combine Ingredients: Combine strawberries, sugar, water, basil leaves, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.Strain: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any seeds or pulp.Add Cannabis Syrup: Stir in cannabis-infused simple syrup.Freeze: Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.Serve: Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later.
